Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy: covers 7 working Days for Replacement or 14 working days for Refunds Guarantee for all physical products sold on it may be based on your return within 7 working days of the Invoice date.

Physical products return process:
1. Call us or E-mail at to create your return request
2. Fill in the return or exchange form you received with your order
(Or download it from our site if it is lost)
3. Pack your parcel securely, with the product in the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging as delivered to you
4. Attach the return label that you received with your order to the top of the parcel
(Ensure that delivery label is covered)
5. Head to your nearest drop-off point or wait for collection by our pick-up service
6. You will be sent a feedback via sms & email.

Requirement for a valid return:
# Proof of purchase (Order number, Original invoice slip etc.)
# Reason for return or exchange has to be valid and
# Return or exchange acceptance conditions met (check out below)
Valid conditions and reasons to return an item:
# Delivery of wrong product(s), wrong size or wrong color
# Delivery of defective or damaged product(s)
# Delivery against order but the product(s) lost in shipment
# Delivery of the products with missing part(s)
# Incorrect content on website
Return/ Replacement Guarantee may not apply in any of the following conditions:
# Damages due to misuse of product(s)
# Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product(s)
# Consumable item(s) which has been used or installed
# Product(s) with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
# Damage(s)/defect(s) which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
# Product(s) that is (are) returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or SMS to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refunds.
If you are approved, then your refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original methods of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refunds is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sales items (if applicable):
Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded, unfortunately sales item(s) cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item(s), send us an email at and send your item(s) to our address.
Gifts (if applicable):
If the item(s) was (were) marked as a gift(s) when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift(s) credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item(s) is (are) received, a gift(s) certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was (were) not marked as a gift(s) when purchased, or the gift(s) giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift(s) giver and he will find out about your return.
Refunds for online purchases (If applicable):
Your refunds will be issued as a credit note for further purchases. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. In that case, shipping costs are not refundable.

How to receive & use online credit note (If applicable):
We will send you an online credit note with security code on your preferred method of contact (i.e. email or mobile). We will provide bearer or you a return acknowledgement note. You can use your online credit as one of the modes of payment to make an online purchase within one year from the date of issue. The payment system will verify your online credit note using its security code to ensure that no one except you can make this purchase.

To return your product(s), you should mail your product(s) to address. In that case, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. But depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
